Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Earth Mafia Empire is a game operated as a subsidiary product of Sovereign Holdings LLC. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Sovereign Holdings LLC.

2. What we collect

• Account data — email address, chosen handle, optional avatar, optional heritage country selections.
• Auth metadata — sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or password), session tokens, IP at sign-in.
• Game state — in-game currency balances, owned assets, syndicate membership, chat messages, support tickets.
• Legal record — timestamped acceptances of these terms (version, time, user-agent).
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store only the subscription/purchase record, never your full card number.

3. Why we collect it

To run the game, keep your progress, prevent abuse, process purchases, comply with law, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share only with processors who need it to run the service: our database/hosting provider, our payment processor, and authentication providers you choose to sign in with. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations.

5. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via Profile → Legal Record, or by contacting support through the in-app Help button. Account deletion anonymises your public profile immediately and removes your auth record.

7. Retention

We retain account and game data while your account is active, plus a short grace window after deletion for fraud and chargeback investigation, then we remove it.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security policies. Payment secrets and admin credentials are kept in encrypted secret stores, never in source code.

9. Changes

When this policy materially changes we will re-prompt you to accept on next sign-in. The version date above tells you when it last changed.
