- Purchases. In-game items, Bones, and subscription tiers are digital goods. All sales are final except where required by law. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
- Refunds. Handled per the payment processor's policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

- Moderation. Staff may suspend any account that breaks these rules and revoke balances obtained through abuse or chargeback fraud.

- Liability cap. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
- Changes. Updated terms will re-prompt you to accept on next sign-in.
